Hammers fans discuss Haller’s first season at the club

Sebastien Haller joined West Ham for £45m last summer and, judging by social media, many Hammers fans believe that he has not lived up to his pricetag.

The striker has managed to score seven times in the Premier League this season and he also leads the league in terms of aerial duels won.

However, many fans have not been impressed by what they’ve seen from the former Eintracht Frankfurt forward.

His most recent goal came during the 3-1 victory over Southampton at the London Stadium, a match where Jarrod Bowen also netted on his full debut for the side.

Haller had some glorious chances to score against Arsenal the week after that win, but could not make the most of those opportunities at the Hammers fell to a 1-0 defeat.

Haller seems to be pretty inconsistent and many Hammers fans on Twitter feel the same, with some wanting the player to be sold whilst others simply feel he’s not been good enough.
