# West Ham fans in two minds about Michail Antonio

Michail Antonio was one of West Ham’s most dangerous players against Arsenal, but many fans can’t decide if he had a wonderful game or a poor one.

The attacker was a handful for the Gunners and caused them plenty of problems, especially in the first half at the Emirates Stadium.

A combination of good goalkeeping from Bernd Leno and poor finishing meant that Antonio’s name did not go on the scoresheet last Saturday.

The 29-year-old has three shots in the encounter and also provided one key pass ([WhoScored](https://www.whoscored.com/Matches/1376226/LiveStatistics/England-Premier-League-2019-2020-Arsenal-West-Ham)), but the Hammers couldn’t get the better of Arsenal’s German shot-stopper.

The Englishman has found the back of the net twice in the top-flight this season, whilst also providing two assists ([Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/michail-antonio/leistungsdaten/spieler/104124)).

Many fans [on Twitter](https://twitter.com/westhamtransfer/status/1236318049038405633) are split regarding Antonio and can’t decide if he is a great player or if it is only his pace and strength that makes him an asset.

These fans on social media think he is pretty good.
