West Ham fans are not pleased with Cresswell after Arsenal defeat

Aaron Cresswell started at left-back for West Ham against Arsenal and many fans don’t want to see much more of him.

The Hammers fell to a 1-0 defeat at the Emirates Stadium last Saturday, with some fans blaming Cresswell for Alexandre Lacazette’s winner with 12 minutes remaining.

The statistics seem to show that the Englishman had a pretty steady game up against Nicolas Pepe.

The 30-year-old made two interceptions, two clearances and blocked two shots, whilst also not committing a single foul in the 90 minutes (WhoScored).

Cresswell has been a regular at the back for the Hammers and seems to be one of David Moyes’ favourite players at the club, proven by the fact that he has played every minute of top-flight action since he took over as manager of the club (Transfermarkt).

However, these West Ham fans on Twitter don’t want to see him playing for the club for much longer.
