# West Ham fans don’t want to see much more of Wilshere

Many West Ham United fans don’t want the club to keep midfielder Jack Wilshere.

The former Arsenal man has recently returned to training, according to a report on [Football Insider.](https://www.footballinsider247.com/sources-rarely-seen-west-ham-player-back-in-training-at-rush-green/)

As stated in [the report](https://www.footballinsider247.com/sources-rarely-seen-west-ham-player-back-in-training-at-rush-green/), the central midfielder has been out of action since mid-October and recently had a hernia operation, extending his time on the sidelines.

The Englishman has only played[eight times](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/jack-wilshere/leistungsdaten/spieler/74223) for the Hammers this season but is nearing a return.

However, many of the club’s fans don’t see his potential return as a boost for the team and would rather see him sold at the end of the campaign.

The 28-year-old has missed 21 matches this season and is one of the world’s most injury-prone players, proven by the fact that he has missed a total of 207 matches during his club career due to fitness or injury-related problems ([Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/jack-wilshere/verletzungen/spieler/74223)).

These Hammers fans [on Twitter](https://twitter.com/whufc_news/status/1235291916054466560)made it clear that they don’t want to see much more him at the club.
