# West Ham fans debate whether Sebastien Haller is “lazy” or “lacking service

Sebastien Haller hasn’t had the best of times since moving from Eintracht Frankfurt, leading to some[criticism](https://tbrfootball.com/west-ham-fans-criticise-sebastien-haller-after-leicester-loss/)of the forward from some sections of the West Ham support.

The Frenchman has only [scored the six goals](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/sebastien-haller/leistungsdaten/spieler/181375) since moving to [West Ham for over £45 million](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/49017405) this summer from last season’s Europa League semi-finalists.

Haller has only scored two goals in the last two months and hasn’t really lived up to his price tag.

This followed a great season last time out for Eintracht, with Haller netting [15 goals in 29 Bundesliga](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/sebastien-haller/leistungsdaten/spieler/181375/plus/0?saison=2018) appearances for the German side.

Some fans have called the [player lazy](https://twitter.com/HowardW31594569/status/1229394611283603457), whilst some have called out the service the striker has received, [with many believing](https://twitter.com/StevenMcCarthy9/status/1229387485383397376) he is not fully at fault for his woes in front of goal.

This has led to some fans taking to Twitter to debate the issue, with West Ham fans divided over the issue.

> Twitter: @COYIrons\_com 2 Frustrated with the lack of service, good players don’t become bad overnight, we seem to buy player… https://t.co/OKD7Xelm5t (@Bryan\_WHU)

> Twitter: @COYIrons\_com Genuinely lazy , no pace , no tricks , no aggression, poor mans Arnie (@HowardW31594569)

> Twitter: @COYIrons\_com I think he’s moreso disheartened & frustrated then lazy. I think he’s given up 😬 (@PrettyBubbles65)

> Twitter: @COYIrons\_com 2. A player signed by an incompetent board that did no research on the type of player he is or how we… https://t.co/OU5IkGeF8A (@StevenMcCarthy9)

> Twitter: @COYIrons\_com 3. A decent player for German football not cut out for a Premier League battle.
