The Hammers desperately need some reinforcements in January, meaning that this news will go down well with a lot of fans.

However, it still doesn’t fix the situation with the club, especially with the Hammers spending over £80 million over the summer on players and seemingly taking a backwards step in the process.

David Moyes will have a big job on his hands if he is to keep the Hammers in the Premier League.
