# Steven N’Zonzi set for move to either West Ham or Rennes

West Ham midfield target Steven N’Zonzi will reportedly either move to the Hammers or French side Rennes, according to [Le 10 Sport](https://le10sport.com/football/mercato/exclu-mercato-un-match-rennes-west-ham-pour-nzonzi-489622).

The midfielder, who is currently on loan at Turkish side Galatasaray, has struggled so far according to the [report](https://le10sport.com/football/mercato/exclu-mercato-un-match-rennes-west-ham-pour-nzonzi-489622) and is apparently after a new club to spend the remainder of the season at.

Therefore, West Ham and Rennes are set to battle it out for the services of the midfielder, with both sides vying for his services.

N’Zonzi has previous experience in England, with the Frenchman having spells with Stoke City and Blackburn Rovers in the Premier League.

The Hammers are in desperate need of some quality this January, especially with David Moyes’ side languishing just outside the relegation zone.

N’Zonzi would be available on a loan, and offer the Hammers a player with experience at the top of European and continental football, who would surely add to the midfield for David Moyes.

With one win in their last five, the Hammers are in trouble of dropping down to the Championship, so could really do with some fresh additions.
