West Ham are reportedly set to consider a deal for Ross Barkley this window but will wait until the final week of the window to make a final decision according to Football Insider.
As per the report, West Ham have already had a loan bid rejected for the midfielder, but have not given up in their chase just yet.

David Moyes is reportedly a big fan of the former Everton youth prospect, who he gave his debut at the Toffees.
West Ham are, according to Football Insider, hoping that once Chelsea have a better idea of what their squad will look like post-January, then they will allow Barkley to join them on loan.
The midfielder has had a mixed spell at the Blues, and has found gametime at a premium this season with only seven Premier League appearances, as per Transfermarkt.
However, speaking in his press conference, Frank Lampard revealed that Ross Barkley won’t be going anywhere in the window.
There’s no talk here of Ross Barkley going anywhere. He is our player and in the last games he has done well. I have a lot of faith in Ross. I have no feeling towards it, I am very happy with him.

Despite struggling at Chelsea, mainly down to several injury issues, but he could still be a great signing for West Ham due to his international experience, and his past play at Everton.
Barkley has 33-caps for England, and has scored seven goals for Chelsea. This follows 27 goals for Everton, along with 28 assists whilst at Goodison Park as per Transfermarkt.
Signing the midfielder on a loan deal would be a great move from David Moyes, but they might struggle if the Blues see him as part of their first-team plans.
