# West Ham fans drool over Rice’s assist against Bournemouth

Declan Rice produced a brilliant display as West Ham brushed aside Bournemouth on New Year’s Day.

The London Stadium was given a treat as the Hammers put four goals past the Cherries to kick off the new decade.

Rice delightfully set up the fourth goal with a perfectly weighted left-footed pass through to Felipe Anderson who did the rest. These West Ham fans loved the pass…

### READ WEST HAM VERDICT

The pass really was delightful. We could watch it again and again.

The power, accuracy and direction was all perfect and that allowed Anderson to take a lovely first touch and race clear on goal.

Rice has had his critics so far this term, but he was immense on Wednesday and let’s hope he keeps it up!
