It’s not only David Moyes who is entering his first transfer window with a new club, but Tottenham Hotspur’s Jose Mourinho is doing the same thing.
There are clear flaws in the Spurs squad which Mourinho will look to strengthen in January and the defence has been highlighted in a recent report.
According to Sky Sports, Spurs will look to sign a left-centre-back if a current player leaves first and have been eyeing AFC Bournemouth’s Nathan Ake and West Ham’s Issa Diop.
Plenty of fans have reacted to the news and seem excited about the prospect of one of the two moving to North London…

READ WEST HAM VERDICT
Diop hasn’t had a great season so far, but he’s West Ham’s only youthful first-team centre-back and is arguably the club’s best.
It’d be a shame to see him leave but ultimately, if Spurs conjure up a good price for him you could seriously see the owners letting him depart.
Hopefully, he can rediscover his best form under Moyes though, and give fans a genuine reason to want him to stay.
