Predicted West Ham United XI: Tottenham (H)

I used to hate the international break. Two weeks without club football meant for boring weekends, but not as a West Ham fan now.

Two weeks without West Ham ruining your weekend has been wonderful, but now it’s back to reality.

The Hammers face a crucial game at home to bitter rivals Tottenham on Saturday.

Spurs, who have just signed Mourinho, come into the game with just one away win in 2019. Pair this with the new manager bounce and the awful tweet put out by West Ham’s social media team, I think we all know where this is heading.

Hopefully Pellegrini brings players back into the side who he once dropped unfairly, and who are undoubtedly the best players currently playing in those positions. Fans will also hope to see a potential change in formation, catering to the needs of those players. However ultimately, fans will just care that we get a result, no matter the performance.

matchday.
