Hammers fans calling for Cresswell to start over Masuaku

Plenty of West Ham United fans are calling for Aaron Cresswell to return to the team after his fine showing against Manchester United last weekend.

The Englishmen helped West Ham keep a clean sheet and scored a wonderful free-kick to top off the 2-0 triumph, whilst Arthur Masuaku’s recent fortunes couldn’t be more of a comparison.

After his sending off against Aston Villa, he was outclassed by Oxford United in the 4-0 defeat in midweek and now these supporters are calling for him to lose his place…

Cresswell’s display against Man United would certainly justify him coming back into the team against Bournemouth.

Masuaku was not at the races whatsoever against Oxford, which is a very worrying prospect considering he’s meant to be first-choice in that area.

A month ago you’d never have thought fans would be calling for Cresswell to start such an important game, but he’s now a man in demand.
