West Ham United supporters were treated to a monumental surprise on Friday afternoon, as the club confirmed Manuel Lanzini had returned to training and is in this weekend’s travelling squad.
The Hammers visit another team impressing in the Premier League in AFC Bournemouth on Saturday, looking to bounce back from crashing out of the Carabao Cup in midweek.
Lanzini initially wasn’t expected to return to action until after the international break, but these supporters are loving his surprising early return…

It’s absolutely brilliant to see Lanzini ready to go again considering he was widely touted to be returning in mid-October.
His quality and creativity provides West Ham with a huge boost of confidence going into an important match where both sides will be desperate for a win.
Lanzini is likely to slot straight back into the team, probably in the place of Pablo Fornals, who failed to impress again in Oxford, and instantly makes Manuel Pellegrini’s options look a lot more interesting.
