Some West Ham United fans are delighted with Declan Rice after he made sure to make his commitment to the club clear amidst interest from Chelsea and Manchester United.
Rice is one of Manuel Pellegrini’s most prized assets and is a regular subject of transfer talk, but his latest comments will provide Hammers supporters with plenty of optimism for the future.
Many fans have taken to social media to laud the 20-year-old, on the back of two impressive performances for England…

We’re not even two months into the new season, so West Ham fans have no need to stress about Rice’s future.
He’s currently putting in some phenomenal performances on the pitch for both club and country, so let’s enjoy him whilst we can.
He’s without a doubt one of the most exciting academy graduates to rise through the ranks in recent history and it’d be a shame to see to leave while he’s so young, mind.
It could be the ultimate test of commitment if his childhood club Chelsea or Man United come in for him, but I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if he opts to stay at the London Stadium for the long-term.
