West Ham United’s summer transfer business may not be over yet, as Ajibola Alese looks set to seal a deadline day move to Accrington Stanley following his failed West Bromwich Albion switch earlier in the summer.
Whilst the transfer window is over for Premier League and Championship clubs, those of League One and Two can still complete dealings until 5PM this evening.
According to Sky Sports News, as cited by Hammers News, Alese will join Accrington on a short loan with the option to extend the deal in January.
West Ham are said to be eager to send him out on loan to gain senior experience, and this move could be the making of him.

Alese is highly-rated at the London Stadium, and understandably so.
The 18-year-old graduated from the Under-18s to Under-23s last season and instantly looked at home, featuring in almost all of the club’s Premier League 2 fixtures.
Capped for England at Under-16 and 17 level, it’s a huge step up for Alese but if it pays off, it could very well be the making of his career.
Accrington have started the League One season poorly, winning just four points from their opening five games, but a relegation battle would only benefit his mental strength as well as footballing ability.
It’s a great move for the exciting teenager, and hopefully, it gets over the line.
