# West Ham United Power Rankings: GW2

West Ham United fans would have wanted a reaction following that horrendous defeat to Manchester City on the opening weekend, but it, unfortunately, didn’t really come…

The Hammers were fortunate to take a point from the AMEX Stadium following a 1-1 draw with Brighton & Hove Albion, but it’s a point nonetheless!

Leandro Trossard saw a thumping first-half volley disallowed before Javier Hernandez slotted West Ham in front on the hour mark.

However, Trossard, making his debut, hammered another volley past Fabianski to equalise just five minutes later.

Manuel Pellegrini will most likely take the result, considering how both teams started the season last weekend and the fact both Felipe Anderson and Sebastien Haller didn’t travel due to injury.

There were positives, other than they didn’t concede five again, to take from the game though, and they have hugely affected this week’s West Ham Power Rankings.

Let’s see who’s moved up and down!
