West Bromwich Albion fans have bombarded West Ham United’s social media comments section after loanee Grady Diangana was included in his first EFL Team of the Week.

Diangana came on for his Championship debut at Luton Town in the 46th minute this weekend and within five minutes, the Baggies had gone from trailing 1-0 to leading 2-1.

The 21-year-old scored both goals to boost West Brom up to fourth in the league table, and now supporters are pleading with West Ham to let him stay at the Hawthorns for the rest of the season:

It’s terrific to see such a promising talent make such an impact for a club playing at a level not much lower than where West Ham are.

The signs simply continue to show that Diangana has a big future ahead of him and he’ll be hoping it’s the first Team of the Week appearance of many during his stint in the EFL.

Expectations are high because of the start he’s made so Hammers fans can’t put too much pressure on him, but he’s giving away the impression he even feels pressure anyway so let’s pray he keeps on smashing it.

Should West ham recall Grady Diangana?

Yes, we need him to play.

No, he'll be better off getting game time elsewhere.
