Four reasons why Haller will be a great signing for West Ham

It’s safe to say that West Ham have had a tough time over strikers in the last couple of decades. 

The list of West Ham striker flops in recent years is quite something, with the likes of Simeone Zaza, Enner Valencia and Emmanuel Emineke some of the most recent examples. 

West Ham are in the market for a new centre-forward this summer after Marko Arnautovic completed his permanent move to China. The Austrian international handed in a transfer request before forcing through a move away from the London Stadium.

Manuel Pellegrini now appears set to replace him with Eintracht Frankfurt forward Sebastien Haller. 

The Hammers are reportedly closing in on a deal for Haller, after agreeing a €40m fee with the Bundesliga club.

But, will he be yet another goal-shy striker? Or will he be a success in the Premier League? Here are four reasons why it will be the latter…
