West Ham’s summer transfer window is already well underway and the club have made three new signings so far.
Goalkeepers Roberto and David Martin have been brought in to back-up first-choice Lukasz Fabianski, whilst Spanish midfielder Pablo Fornals joined the club last week.
Manuel Pellegrini led West Ham to a top 10 finish in the Premier League last season, but missed out on 7th – and the chance to play in the Europa League next season.
The Hammers will now be looking to go one step further in the next campaign and attempt to secure a European place.
However, they will need to further strengthen their squad in order to do this and a new striker could help them achieve their goal.
