West Ham suffered a poor defeat to Cardiff City in Wales this afternoon, with the Premier League strugglers getting a 2-0 win over the Hammers.
Despite dominating the possession, West Ham were unable to get good chances in, and Cardiff were able to grab the win.
Junior Hoilett and Victor Camarasa got the goals for the Bluebirds, who took a vital win in their pursuit of Premier League survival.
Here’s how we rated the Hammers.
Lukasz Fabianski - 6
Very much a case of the Pole keeping the score down. Did well and couldn’t do much for the goals.
Ryan Fredericks - 3
Found it tough yet again, and was a key figure in the goals.
Issa Diop - 5
Solid but needs to improve
Angelo Ogbonna - 3
Bad day at the office. Invisible second half.
Aaron Cresswell - 4
Not a good afternoon, both at the back and in defence.
Declan Rice - 6
Probably West Ham’s best man on the pitch. Very good in the latter stages of the game.
Robert Snodgrass - 3
Didn’t do much at all. Invisible.
Mark Noble - 4
Subbed when West Ham conceded the second, but a poor showing from the skipper.
Manuel Lanzini - 4
Not up to speed.
Felipe Anderson - 4
Only lasted 45 minutes, and it certainly wasn’t a half to shout about.
Javier Hernandez - 4
Isolated. Needs to do a lot better.
Marko Arnautovic – 5
Samir Nasri – 5
Michail Antonio – 5
