With speculation continuing over the future of West Ham striker Marko Arnautovic, the club may be looking at potential targets to replace him if he does complete a move to China.
According to The Guardian, via The BBC, Chinese side Guangzhou Evergrande have made a £35m offer for Arnautovic, with the forward reportedly wanting a move away from the London Stadium.
Here are five strikers West Ham could look at if Arnautovic left this month…
Neal Maupay
15 goals and six assists for Brentford in the Championship this season. Maupay could be a good option up front for the Hammers.
Krzysztof Piatek
The Polish forward has been in sensational form for Genoa in the Serie A this season and would be an ideal replacement for Arnautovic.
Andrea Belotti
The forward has scored nine goals for Torino this season and is a powerful striker, built in a similar mould to Arnautovic. He could be a like-for-like replacement.
Aleksandar Mitrovic
This may be an option that is more plausible in the summer, but Mitrovic is a born goalscorer and has the physicality to compete in the Premier League – as shown by his performances for Fulham this season.
Callum Wilson
Perhaps the most unlikely on this list, but he has been linked with the Hammers. Wilson has been superb for Bournemouth in the Premier League and would a marquee signing for West Ham.
