West Ham are worried that Jack Wilshere could miss the remainder of the season with injury, with the former Arsenal man set to miss the entire Festive period.
The Mirror report that the midfielder is set to be out for five weeks, and will miss all of West Ham’s games over the Christmas period.
However, other reports from Sportsbible say that West Ham are worried that if Wilshere does not recover after five weeks he may need more surgery, potentially putting him out for the remainder of the Premier League season.

Wilshere has had constant trouble with injuries throughout his career, and has again run into trouble with them at West Ham.
Losing the former Arsenal man would be a huge blow for the Hammers, especially with Manuel Lanzini and Andriy Yarmolenko both out long-term with injuries.
West Ham are coping for now however, with the Hammers completing their fourth win on the trot at the weekend by beating Fulham.
