West Ham are rolling on.

Four games unbeaten after a dreadful start to the season, and Hammers fans are now eagerly awaiting match-day with a cautious optimism accredited largely to new boss Manuel Pellegrini.

A 3-1 win away at Everton was followed by a hard-earned 0-0 draw at Chelsea showed the Hammers’ ability to force a result without talisman Marko Arnautovic in the lineup.

An 8-0 thrashing of Macclesfield in the League Cup preceded a similarly straightforward 3-1 victory against another small side in Manchester United.

Brighton have endured a tricky start to the season, their only win coming against strugglers Manchester United.
