# Arnautovic offered to Roma following Anderson’s arrival

West Ham are reportedly ready to cash in on Marko Arnautovic following the arrival of Felipe Anderson from Lazio.

Reports in [Italy](https://www.calciomercato.com/news/roma-si-offre-un-ex-interista-69209) suggest that the player has been made available for transfer and has even been offered to Roma.

The Giallorossi were said to have been offered the chance to sign Arnautovic but Monchi is not interested in a deal.

Anderson joined West Ham over the weekend in a club-record deal from Lazio and his arrival appears to have cast doubts over the playing time Arnautovic will get next season.

It was Arnautovic who played a key role in West Ham’s second half of last season, becoming a regular source of goals under David Moyes.

The former West Ham boss utilised Arnautovic as a central striker and the Austrian thrived in the role.

It would appear that the 29-year-old no longer fits into Manuel Pellegrini’s plans at the London Stadium, with the new boss looking to put his own stamp on the squad.
