West Ham have reportedly bid £17 million for Borussia Dortmund’s Ukranian winger Andriy Yarmolenko.
Sky Sports report that West Ham have bid for the midfielder as the Hammers look to replace Manuel Lanzini, who has been forced out for the entirety of next season with a cruciate ligament injury.
Yarmolenko only joined Dortmund last Summer for a fee of over £23 million from Dynamo Kiev.

However, the Ukranian struggled for game time in Germany, making only 18 appearances for Dortmund, scoring three times in the process helping his side finish fourth in the Bundesliga last season.
It is likely that new Dortmund boss Lucien Favre will move the winger on, with West Ham ready to pounce with new Hammers boss Manuel Pellegrini desperate for attacking reinforcements.
The Hammers would have to seek a work permit for Yarmolenko, as Ukraine is not inside the EU. However, a deal could be close subject to a medical.
