# West Ham eye Fulham goalkeeper Marcus Bettinelli

West Ham have reportedly identified Fulham goalkeeper Marcus Bettinelli as a target ahead of the summer transfer window.

The Hammers are determined to recruit a permanent, first-choice goalkeeper in the summer and, if the [Daily Mail](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-5687401/Marcus-Bettinelli-West-Ham-radar-David-Moyes-looks-new-No-1.html?ITO=1490&ns_mchannel=rss&ns_campaign=1490) are to be believed, Bettinelli has been lined up by the club’s recruitment team.

Bettinelli has been in good form for the Cottagers this season and has been a key part of their impressive campaign in the Championship. Fulham are currently sat in third place and are in with a strong chance of promotion to the Premier League next season.

As a result of the 25-year-old’s recent impressive form, it seems interest from already established top-flight clubs has followed; specifically from West Ham.

West Ham have seen Adrian and on-loan shot-stopper Joe Hart alternated throughout the season but it seems a safe pair of hands is near the top of David Moyes’ agenda for the summer, with an important transfer window ahead.
