Player Ratings: Shrewsbury 0-0 West Ham

West Ham have had a hard week.

On Tuesday, they took on West Brom in a relegation scrap at the London Stadium and it took until the 94th minute for them to secure all three points when Andy Carroll tucked Home from an awkward angle.

Two days later, David Moyes’ side travelled to Wembley to face Tottenham and their dogged defensive effort was rewarded with a point.

In their third game in six days, Moyes took a youthful squad to League One high fliers Shrewsbury for a tasty FA Cup third round clash.

In a rather dull affair, the senior Hammers on show failed to deliver as the hosts had the better of the exchanges in the first half.

West Ham failed to generate many goal scoring opportunities but hung on for the draw to force a replay at the London Stadium in Tuesday week. Here are our player ratings.
