Predicted XI: Carabao Cup – Arsenal (A)

West Ham were hoping they could carry the momentum they have sustained in the last two outings against Chelsea and Arsenal into their fixture at Stoke last weekend and they were able to do so.

After a dubious penalty decision allowed Mark Noble to put the Hammers into the lead, second-half goals from Marko Arnautovic and Diafra Sakho, both put on a plate for them by Manuel Lanzini, saw the Hammers cruise to a 3-0 win and a route out of the relegation zone.

Going into tomorrow’s Carabao Cup quarter-final against Arsenal, David Moyes’ side will be full of confidence having picked up seven points from their last three games, keeping a clean sheet in all three games.

They will be without Manuel Lanzini who is facing a two-match ban for deceiving the match officials in a charge issued today, but Moyes has no fresh injury concerns. Here is our predicted XI.
