West Ham’s recruitment policy has come under great scrutiny this season due to the lack of success they’ve had in their debut season.

The club have spent over £70m on signings this season but have seen themselves fall down from seventh to eleventh in the table and flirted with relegation at certain points.

Whether it’s Slaven Bilic, David Sullivan or whoever else behind the scenes that are the driving force behind who comes into the club, they haven’t done a great job this season.
