# First-team changes that Slaven Bilic needs to make

West Ham are now winless in their last five games and have secured all three points just once in their last seven outings in the Premier League and I’d argue there isn’t a team in the division who need the end of the season more than the Hammers.

While injuries have taken their toll over the course of the 2016/17 season, the players of the pitch simply haven’t lived up their efforts of last season, or in the case of the summer arrivals, just not been as good as anticipated.

Slaven Bilic does risk losing his job if the Hammers continue to tumble down the table and some changes to the starting eleven and formation are needed for the trip to Hull this weekend.

Here are several things Bilic must change to get West Ham moving back in the right direction.
