# West Ham to offer Slaven Bilic a new contract until 2020

West Ham United are reportedly set to offer Slaven Bilic a bumper new contract with the club, taking him up to 2020 at the London Stadium.

According to an exclusive report from the [Daily Mail](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-4279726/West-Ham-manager-Slaven-Bilic-offered-new-deal.html) this evening, Bilic is set to be rewarded for his work recently with a new two-year deal with The Hammers, along with a reasonable amount of money to spend on bolstering his squad in the summer transfer window.

It’s been an up and down season for Bilic and his West Ham side so far this season, with a well publicised poor start to the campaign put firmly behind them as they now sit in ninth place of the Premier League table.

The report also claims that signing a striker will be the main priority for the board and Bilic alike when the summer transfer window rolls around, and the Croatian tactician will be happy to know that the money is in the bank ready should he see fit to spend.
