# Hammers target’s agent flies into London for talks

The agent of West Ham and Tottenham target Andrea Ranocchia is reportedly flying into London to holds talks over a proposed move to the London Stadium.

Inter Milan are ready to sell the player as they look to bring in money for future transfers and made it clear to him they’re ready to let him go, according to [Sport Witness](https://sportwitness.co.uk/club-really-eager-sell-seek-offer-west-ham-agent-flies/).

The Hammers have been linked with a move for Ranocchia throughout January but face competition from a host of Serie A sides.

Spurs were also thought to be [interested](https://www.espnfc.com/blog/transfer-talk/79/post/3042096/transfer-rater-christian-benteke-to-chelsea-andrea-ranocchia-to-spurs) in the player but a move to West Ham appears the more likely outcome.

Slaven Bilic’s side are also thought to be closing in on a deal for Southampton captain, Jose Fonte as they look to reshape their defence following a horrid start to the season.

West Ham currently sit 12th in the Premier League and look set to receive money to spend in January with Dimitri Payet set to leave the club.
