# West Ham open to Carroll offers

West Ham are willing to listen to offers for Andy Carroll, according to [The Telegraph](https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2016/11/21/west-ham-manager-slaven-bilic-increasing-pressure-owners-consider/).

The report says that Carroll is one of a number of players that West Ham are willing to offload in January as they look for a squad overhaul.

Carroll has featured just four times for West Ham this season – due to persistent, niggling, injuries throughout the season.

The forward has become synonymous with injuries during his time at West Ham, with many feeling that they have stunted his career significantly.

However, West Ham cannot afford to keep paying his wages if he is not contributing to the team. This means that January could be a big one for Carroll if he does move away from the Hammers.

He has been linked with a big-money move to China, with the allure of a big pay day possibly too enticing to turn down at this stage of his career.
