West Ham 1-1 Middlesbrough: Player Ratings

West Ham put an end to their losing run thanks to a stunning solo goal from French attacker Dimitri Payet.

It looked like it was going to be another disastrous afternoon at the London Stadium following Cristhian Stuani’s second half header, which needed goal line technology to confirm it had crossed the line.

However, Payet picked up the ball on the left-hand side and went past the entire Boro defence to ensure that the points were shared in Stratford.

Slaven Bilic named an interesting line-up, with Michail Antonio starting up front but as the game went on he began to mix it up a little bit.

The result leaves West Ham with four points from their first seven games; their worst start to a Premier League season since they were promoted back into the top flight a few years ago.

Let’s take a closer look at the individual performances from the game today.
