It’s been an up and down start to the new Premier League season for Slaven Bilic and West Ham. One scrappy win sandwiched between three defeats, the latest of which featuring a remarkable team implosion the likes of which we haven’t seen in years.
West Ham’s failures in the first month of the season had been attributed to mounting injuries and we were promised that when everyone’s back fit and healthy we’ll turn things around. For 40 minutes on Saturday that was the case until the team decided that winning football matches was overrated and embarrassing themselves at home was a much better way to spend their afternoon.
Social media was lit with comments stating that West Ham should make some drastic changes to their starting XI ahead of their trip to The Hawthorns to take on West Brom this weekend.
