Finally, the transfer window is over!
Three months of endless rumours of incomings and outgoings have finally ended, and West Ham have finalised their squad of players for the next four months anyway.
Signing a striker was imperative – we got one.
Adding some fresh fullbacks was a need – we did that.
Retaining our star players from last season was a must – they’re still here.
Slaven Bilic and his staff, along with David Sullivan and David Gold can be very proud of their efforts over the last few months. They’ve put us in a position to succeed and, injuries permitting, we can build on last season.
Although not all of them have started, we’re releasing some way too early ratings for each of West Ham’s 13 summer arrivals, factoring in cost, ability as well as how much they were needed.
