Five West Ham options for your Fantasy Football team

The season is finally upon us and that means one thing: Fantasy Football. The hub of the season in some regards, there’s nothing quite like the competitiveness in your league(s) when it gets to April and there’s a four-way battle to take the golden crown of “Best Fantasy Player”.

Yet, while everybody is wondering whether to put Aguero or Ibrahimovic in their team and shifting around their midfield to fit both Hazard and De Bruyne in, it’s worth paying attention to the cheaper players. At the end of the season, these are the players who will win you your leagues and get you into the top 10% of fantasy players – the differentials.

It’s all good having a team of popular players and superstars, but they come with a problem: their high ownership. Riyad Mahrez was owned by more than 60% of managers last season, so if he was in your team getting you points, he was also getting points for most other teams too. Meanwhile, if you have a player with 5% ownership who is performing just as well, it’s much more beneficial to your team.

West Ham have a few possible fantasy gems in their team, so we thought we would give you five options to put in your fantasy team. But before you have a look, don’t forget to join ReadWestHam’s fantasy league, code: 2547-205081.
