The Best of David Gold on Twitter

Since David Gold and David Sullivan took over the club six and a half years ago, they’ve helped turn the club around from a laughing stock to a genuine Top 6 contender.

Despite our 2011 relegation, the Hammers have been on the up and up thanks to the guidance of now England manager Sam Allardyce who laid the foundations for Slaven Bilic to carry the club into Europe and challenge England’s best.

The owners have played a huge part in that, financing the club to make the necessary signings to move West Ham forward.

One thing the owners have been is very vocal on social media. Jack Sullivan is the go-to man on Twitter for all news regarding West Ham, while David Gold takes a more hands-on approach when it comes to current affairs.

Gold though is no stranger to comical and controversial tweets. In fact, he’s got a bit of a reputation for it now.

We’ve selected our favourite David Gold tweets over the years, let us know any we’ve missed out that you think should’ve made the cut!

matchday.
