# West Ham ready to make move for Mandzukic

According to [TuttomercatoWeb](https://www.tuttomercatoweb.com/serie-a/juve-ora-mandzukic-puo-partire-inter-napoli-e-west-ham-alla-finestra-854135), West Ham are preparing to make a move for Juventus forward Mario Mandzukic.

The report says that Juventus are eyeing up a number of top forwards – Karim Benzema, Gonzalo Higuain and Edinson Cavani – and that could open the door for Mandzukic’s exit.

It is thought that Inter Milan, Napoli and West Ham are all interested in the coveted front man.

A bid for the forward could come in the coming weeks, with West Ham in the market for a big-name striker this summer. [The West Ham Way](https://t.co/feuQdPh7oN) confirmed Bilic had put forward Mandzukic’s name to the board in recent times.

Mandzukic is renowned across Europe for his prolific goalscoring record. He has scored 181 career goals across Europe’s best leagues but is yet to test himself in England.

This means that a move to West Ham could excite him, giving him the chance to test himself in the Premier League. He has already proven himself in the Bundesliga, Serie A, Ukrainian league and La Liga.
