# Pereyra will leave Juventus, West Ham a likely destination

After the signing of playmaker Miralem Pjanic from Serie A rivals Roma, Juventus are looking to offload Roberto Pereyra with West Ham, Watford and Zenit St.Petersburg the likely destinations.

According to [Goal](https://www.goal.com/es-ar/news/4442/argentinos-por-el-mundo/2016/06/25/25045462/roberto-pereyra-se-va-a-la-premier-o-a-zenit), Juventus need to sell fringe players before looking to reinvest in their first-team squad and Pereyra is one of the most likely candidates to be sold in the coming weeks.

It was claimed that the Argentine [wanted to stay in Turin and prove his worth](https://readwestham.com/2016/06/10/west-ham-target-pereyra-keen-prove-juventus/) to manager Massimiliano Allegri, but it seems now the player has come to terms with the fact that his future is no longer at the club.

The Hammers have reportedly [lodged a bid to sign the 25-year-old](https://readwestham.com/2016/06/19/west-ham-make-e12m-bid-pereyra/) just a year after his £10.5m permanent arrival from Udinese after a successful loan spell during the 2014/15 season.

Russian side Zenit St. Petersburg [have also registered their interest](https://readwestham.com/2016/06/13/zenit-join-race-west-ham-target-pereyra/) in the attacking midfielder by offering him a lucrative five-year contract while [Stoke, Sunderland and Tottenham have all been credited with keeping tabs](https://readwestham.com/2016/06/08/stoke-sunderland-tottenham-rival-west-ham-roberto-pereyra/) on Pereyra in recent weeks.

Pereyra is said to be keen on a move to English football with West Ham and Watford the two most likely destinations if he opted for a Premier League transfer but neither clubs have met the €15m asking-price for the player which is roughly what Juventus shelled out for him last summer.
