# Lacazette does not want West Ham move

The seemingly unlikely transfer of Alexandre Lacazette to West Ham is **off**, if reports from [HITC](https://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2016/06/20/gb-alexandre-lacazette-not-keen-on-england/?utm_medium=share%2Bbutton&utm_campaign=social%2Bmedia&utm_content=/en-gb/2016/06/20/gb-alexandre-lacazette-not-keen-on-england) are to be believed.

West Ham and Lyon have been locked in talks over the last few weeks regarding a potential move for Lacazette. The Hammers had two unsuccessful bids (€32million and €40million) knocked back and were preparing a third – in the region of €48million.

But the latest coming from Lacazette’s camp is that the player has no interest in a move to East London.

A source close to the player told [HITC](https://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2016/06/20/gb-alexandre-lacazette-not-keen-on-england/?utm_medium=share%2Bbutton&utm_campaign=social%2Bmedia&utm_content=/en-gb/2016/06/20/gb-alexandre-lacazette-not-keen-on-england) : “Lacazette’s agent confirmed last week to West Ham that he did not want to move to the Olympic Stadium, and Spurs were told the same.”

Lacazette – who netted 21 times in 34 league appearances last season – will look to seal a move to Paris Saint-Germain instead, although the Ligue 1 champions have shown no signs of wanting to follow up their initial interest just yet.

Should PSG choose not to make a move for the 25-year-old, West Ham may be tempted to reignite their interest at a later date but, as it stands, the deal is off.
