It’s that time of year, West Ham are being linked with every player known to man, especially those who played football within a five mile radius of Slaven Bilic.
The Hammers, buoyed after a stellar first season under Bilic which culminated in a seventh place finish and Europa League qualification for next season (albeit qualifiers, again) are set for another strong campaign.
With the right additions, West Ham could make a challenge for the Top 6 again, and who knows, maybe even Champions League football? If last season is anything to go by, literally anything is possible.
Having already brought in two Champions League-calibre players this summer (on free transfers may I add) in Havard Nordtveit from Borussia Monchengladbach and Sofiane Feghouli from Valencia, West Ham haven’t even dented their unusually large transfer budget yet – most of which earmarked for a top-quality striker.
But more than just strikers are being linked with the Hammers, in fact, we’ve created a dream-XI of players linked with West Ham, and you tell us whether this team would be better that our current strongest eleven!
