Bournemouth 1-3 West Ham: Four Findings

Last night West Ham beat Bournemouth 3-1 to move up to fifth place in the league.

The game was an interesting one and a tale of two halves. Bournemouth dominated the first half and gave West Ham a bit of a footballing lesson after Andy Carroll went off injured. Their dominance showed as they took the lead through Harry Arter in the 27th minute.

At half time, I wondered how West Ham would get back into the match and found myself thinking, ‘At least we’ll have the wind’ which was sending Adrian goal kicks almost all the way back to him.

However, West Ham came out fighting at the second half and thanks to two great free kicks and a lovely volley from Payet and Valencia, West Ham managed to turn the game around.
