West Ham are rivalling top sides Chelsea and Inter Milan in the race to sign Antonio Rudiger. The defender is a top target for Internazionale manager Roberto Mancini, although he is also a target for the Hammers according to Sky Italia.
The 22-year-old, who plays his football in the Bundesliga with Stuttgart, does suffer from injury problems however which kept him out for part of the 2014/15 campaign. However, he is still on the radar for new man Slaven Bilic.
The German, who has six caps internationally, still has two years left on his current club contract, although he is reportedly interested in making advances in his career. It would be a major coup if Bilic could bring him over to Upton Park.
The centre-back scored two goals in thirty games in the German league last season, demonstrating that he also possesses a rather impressive eye for goal. He has bags of potential in addition.
