# Bilic Trying To Lure Remy

Slaven Bilic will make an audacious move to sign Chelsea striker Loic Remy, according to the [Daily Mail](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-3117342/Slaven-Bilic-try-lure-Loic-Remy-away-Chelsea-new-West-Ham-manager-predicts-great-things-special-club.html?ITO=1490&ns_mchannel=rss&ns_campaign=1490).

The Croatian has just been appointed West Ham manager, with his [first signing already confirmed as Pedro Obiang signs for €6m](https://readwestham.com/2015/06/09/west-ham-announce-the-signing-of-sampdoria-midfielder-pedro-obiang/).

However, the 46-year-old wants to bring in versatile Blues forward Loic Remy, who can play across the forward line.

The Frenchman is second-choice at Stamford Bridge as Chelsea rely mostly on Diego Costa to lead the line.

The [Daily Star](https://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/football/447179/New-West-Ham-boss-Slaven-Bilic-interested-in-8m-move-for-Chelsea-striker-Loic-Remy) are claiming Remy could be available for as little as £8m.

Remy could make way this summer should he demand regular game-time elsewhere.

Chelsea have made it no secret either that they want to add a world-class striker to their ranks, with Radamel Falcao reportedly nearing a move from AS Monaco.
