West Ham have been linked with a move for Leicester City striker Islam Slimani this summer.
According to claims from Algerian news outlet La Gazette du Fennec, the powerful forward is set to leave the King Power Stadium this summer, with clubs already declaring their interest ahead of the upcoming transfer window.
Slimani has been a disappointment since moving to Leicester from Sporting CP for big money and failed to make an impact this season, despite securing a loan move to Newcastle in the January transfer window.

West Ham are understood to be on the lookout for a new striker this summer and if the reports are to be believed, Slimani is one of the players who the club are considering a move for.
However, the Hammers will not be without competition in their pursuit of the experienced attacker. It’s claimed by the Algerian outlet that Turkish giants Besiktas are also keen on Slimani.
