West Ham are looking at signing Miguel Layun from Porto this summer, according to A Bola, as translated by Sport Witness.
The left-back is currently on loan at Spanish side Sevilla and is impressing as he tries to secure a move away from Portugal.
The Hammers are looking to bolster their squad to avoid another relegation battle next season, and Layun’s impressive performances for Sevilla could make him a shrewd addition.
He has played 17 times for the La Liga side since joining in January, scoring in Wednesday’s 3-2 victory over Real Madrid.

Sevilla hold all the cards with regards to his future as they have the option to buy him in the summer for a deal estimated to be around €5 million.
Should they choose not to take it up, David Moyes’ side will be waiting in the wings to sign the ex-Watford player if A Bola are to be believed.
Layun featured three times in the Premier League for the Hornets, scoring a goal in their first game before leaving to join Porto.
