West Ham have reportedly joined the race to sign a Rui Patricio when the transfer window opens.
According to A Bola, as translated by Sport Witness, Sporting Lisbon and Portugal number one Patricio is on the radar of several clubs and West Ham are keen to bring the Euro 2016 winner to the Olympic Stadium.
A Bola report that Arsenal, Crystal Palace, Liverpool and Newcastle are also looking at Patricio.

Patricio’s current contract at Lisbon has a €45 million release clause and bids for him are believed to start at €30 million.
A West Ham move for Patricio would make more sense with Joe Hart’s loan deal expiring at the end of the season and with the Hammers not renewing his deal.
There have also been reports from Italy linking Patricio to Napoli and there are claims that negotiations are going strong.
However, Premier League clubs are rumoured to be in the favoured position with Napoli not willing to spend any more than €20 million.
