West Ham starlet Reece Oxford is set to reject a return to London in the hope that he can remain in Germany, as reported by MailOnline.
Reports suggest that while Borussia Monchengladbach, the Bundesliga outfit Oxford has been on loan with all season, are pepared to send Oxford back to London, the player believes he has no long-term future at the London Stadium.
While the 19-year old is impressed with the opportunities afforded to Declan Rice by the Hammers this season, he believes it serves to add yet another hurdle that will keep him from the first-team.

Having won Young Hammer of the Year two years running now, and having made his debut on the international stage, Rice looks likely to remain ahead of Oxford in the pecking order.
The young defender now hopes the Hammers will listen to fair offers for him in the summer to allow him to move back to Germany.
Monchengladback looks most likely to be his destination, with the club having not hidden their desire to sign the player on a more permanent basis.
