West Ham are preparing to go back in for Bournemouth midfielder Harry Arter with a third offer this summer, according to an Express exclusive.
David Moyes was very interested in the Ireland international in January, with the second offer believed to be around £8million, although both offers were rejected by the Cherries.
However Arter still remains a top target for Moyes and the Hammers, and the Express report that the club are prepared to offer around £10million for the 28-year old.
Moyes immediately identified the midfield as a key area of strengthening once he was appointed as West Ham manager in November, and is looking to make it his first priority in a large shake-up of his squad this summer, providing he stays with the club.
Moyes was able to sign Portugal international midfielder Joao Mario form Inter Milan on loan in the January transfer window, but with the Nerazzurri wanting £38million to make the move permanent, Arter represents a much more cost-effective option.
